Where's Makayla & Isabella? ;)

Okay... so you see that little guy ^ above? THAT is a baby Hammerhead SHARK in a TOUCH tank!! Remember how I posted HERE about the 3 things that terrify me (snakes, alligators, & sharks)? Remember how I "conquered" my alligator fear? WELL... I "conquered" my shark fear too! I TOUCHED THAT LITTLE GUY!! Yes, he may be small BUT he is STILL a SHARK... and I TOUCHED it! Phewww... glad I got that one out of the way because I won't be touching anymore sharks. ;)

Where's Bella?

I LOVE this ^ picture for SO many reasons. My sweet girl is 9 and will be 10 years old in just 3 1/2 months. She's not a big fan of having her picture taken anymore and lately she always has her "serious" face on. It hurts my heart to not see her smile. It almost makes me feel like she's unhappy and I'm not doing a good job parenting her. But I'm pretty sure it has alot to do with her growing up, becoming more independent, and entering the "preteen" stage. So when THESE RARE moments come along and I can capture a genuine smile I take full advantage. They are priceless to me!

The Georgia Aquarium from the outside

The World of Coca-Cola was right next door but we decided against it and continued on our journey.

The statue is of Dr. John S. Pemberton the inventor of Coca-Cola. Which was invented in 1886.

The torch still stands from when the Olympocs were held in Atlanta, Georgia back in 1996.

Red Bull distribution center of Atlanta... they've got Peach decorations every where in that state.

A water way branched off of Lake Hartwell that we cross to get from Georgia to South Carolina

Welcome to SOUTH CAROLINA!!

Only $3.07 for gas in South Carolina... a little further up the road towards Gaffney was a gas station that had unleaded for $2.99!!!

Our hotel for the night...
Even though we had a reservation, they "accidently" gave our room away, so we got a FREE upgrade. Kitchenette and all. ;)
