She rode the bus almost all of last year and now she's at it again. But this time she's got her little sister to ride with her in the mornings.
I had a hard time letting Makayla get on the "buzz" as they call it, this morning. She just seems so small and young to be riding a bus. But she couldn't wait! She was so excited to be catching the bus this morning that she almost forgot to give me a kiss.
I dont get whats so exciting about a big yellow bus, but the girls love it! At least for now. Just wait until they get into high school... or even junior high. Lets see if they'll still like riding the bus then. :)
But.... I'm glad they're not afraid and enjoy it. It gives them some responsibility and makes them feel special because they get to do something on their own.
