And it was a HUGE hit with the kids. Bacon wrapped keilbasa. Sounds weird? But its so good. In my house I TRY not to serve my kids pork or too much beef. Alot of the things we use is turkey. Turkey keilbasa, ground turkey, turkey bacon... you get the point. Anyways, all you do is wrap the bacon around the keilbasa, wrap in aluminum foil, and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes on 350 degrees.
... and for a side BROILED CORN ON THE COB! YUM-O!
By far the best tasting corn, ever! No more boiling it... we're broiling it from now on.
