Our church home, Bay Area Fellowship. Pastor Bil's sermons are amazing and the people are so friendly.

Bluebonnets in the Spring time. You can drive down any highway and see the wild bluebonnets everywhere. They're gorgeous!

Rudy Do's" (Rudy's) They have thee best smoked turkey sandwiches and BBQ sauce.

Sweet tea! You can get the best sweet tea almost every where you go.

Mason jars... they are used for so many things out here and are so inexpensive. I like them better then my actual glasses.

Southern hospitality... I might not be a big fan of Corpus Christi. But at least the people here are nice. Compared to some of the places we have been.

People aren't superficial here. Texas is so simple, so down to earth and relaxed. I'm gonna miss it.

Cowboys! Wranglers, cowboy boots and hats. I love it!

Country music is the "cool" thing. I love country music! It's the one place were you can listen to country music (as loud as you want) and no one gets offended by it.
Plus you hardly ever hear anyone blasting rap music out here.

Armadillos. Granted most of them are road kill. We have seen a few living ones and I think they are pretty fascinating creatures.

Longhorns! You can see them every where. Just hop in the car and drive down the freeway.

Whataburger. I'm not a big fan of their burgers but they have the best breakfast! Biscuits & gravy... yummy!

Blue Bell Ice Cream.

Bay Area Medical Center. Where my last baby was born. The nurses and doctors here were phenomenal and I could never repay them for taking such amazing care of our baby girl.

Lastly, Ron Paul is from here. I really really really hope he is our next president.
