I was googling the other day and came across a recipe for Rocket Dogs. lol... weird name for a food, I know. But it sounded easy, fun for the kids, and quick... and it was!!
So here is the "recipe", if you even wanna call it that.
• 1 can of biscuits (8 ct.)
• 1 pkg hot dogs (8 ct.)
• Wooden skewers
• Shredded cheese of your choice (I used Colby Jack & Mozzarella)
Biscuits ;)
Hot dogs already skewered.
Flatten out the biscuit...
Roll it up around the hot dog, kind of like a corn dog.
Sprinkle cheese on top, I had to push it into the biscuit a little for it to stay.
Put into the oven at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
Yummy, chewy, cheesy goodness that the kids loved and was super easy to make. :)
