
• 2 rolls Pillsbury pizza crust
• 1 cup pizza sauce
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
•1 pkg. thinly sliced pepperoni
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• italian seasoning
• italian sausage, chopped up and cooked
Preheat oven to 350.
Open and unroll pizza crust, cut into 4.
Spread a few spoonfuls of pizza sauce on half of each pizza dough square.
Add some pepperoni, Italian sausage, and mozzarella cheese on the half with pizza sauce.
Fold in half and crimp the sides with a fork.
Mix the vegetable oil and italian seasoning together, brush a little on top of each calzone.
Place on a cookie sheet and cook for 20 minutes or until golden.
Makes 8 servings.
