Mommy FINALLY got a Night Out...
No hubby, no kiddos... just me
... and my NEW friend!!
I met Erin on a Coast Guard wives message board. Come to find out she lives here in Corpus Christi too and has only been here a couple months before us. So we'll be stationed here together for a couple years! Yay... I love meeting new people. She is such an awesome person and so much fun to be around.
So these are pictures from our first night out together... we went to Brewsters Icehouse. It's a bar and grill and it just so happens that the night we went they had live music. It was a lot of fun to get out of the house and have fun by myself for a change and I honestly think it's healthy for my sanity. :)
** No, the silly green hat is not ours... so really drunk guy asked to take pictures with us. Weird?... I know. But we figured, what the heck?
P.S. They have the BEST Mai Tai's, EVER!! :) And yes, I was a responsible!
