I made TARTS!!

Strawberry Cream Tarts

10 oz all-purpose flour
6 oz whipped cream
3 oz confectioners sugar
1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
6 oz vanilla yogurt ( I used Dannon Light & Fit)
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup strawberry jam
fresh strawberries (halves)

Preheat oven 350. Mix flour and sugar in a bowl. Rub in butter and lemon juice. Knead until mixture forms a soft dough. Cover dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate 15 minutes.

In another bowl, mix whip cream and vanilla yogurt. Set aside.

Using tart pants fill in with dough. (Or in my case I used a muffin pan)... I dont own a "fancy" tart pan. :) Cook for 15 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes. (I put mine in the freezer)
Once cool... fill with whip cream mixture and add strawberries. Melt jam for a couple seconds in microwave and pour a small amount over the strawberries.

Yummy! Makes 8.
