Yay! New Mexico... driving through Texas is like driving on a road that never ends. We always get excited about getting to the Texas/New Mexico border because it means we are more then halfway to Phoenix!! :)
(Just want to say we were at a rest stop when this picture was taken. I absolutely do not let my girls ride in cars without their seat belts securely fasten.)

I made mac 'n cheese and hot dogs with fruit cups. So much better then fast food, more enjoyable, and less expensive.
