(Just thought I would share a cute little Halloween Poem that Isabella brought home from school. :)
I had a little seed,
I put it in the ground,
Covered it and watered it,
It didnt make a sound.
First there was a sprout,
That popped out of the seed,
It started growing through the soil,
At amazing speed.
Next there was a plant,
It grew and grew each day,
It needed sun and water,
To help it on its way.
Then vines began to twist,
Around and round and round,
Thcik and strong, they helped that plant,
Stay firmly in the ground.
Soon there was a flower,
It started very small,
In a while it would change,
And grow a little ball.
From green to very orange,
The ball, it grew in size,
A big, huge pumpkin is there now,
Right before my eyes.
I picked it off the vine,
And scooped its insides out,
I carved a face on the front,
